The Christmas countdown continues. Pictured above is one of the most renowned microphones in history. It has been used on countless recordings and in many professional studios worldwide.
I plan to do some singing in 2024. No, I do not NEED this microphone. I just WANT my voice to sound like I’m singing through it.
Someday at Christmas men won’t be boys Playing with bombs like kids play with toys One warm December our hearts will see A world where men are free
Someday at Christmas there’ll be no wars When we have learned what Christmas is for When we have found what life’s really worth There’ll be peace on earth
Day 18 of the Christmas countdown. Do you know your tax bracket? Do you save at least half as much as you pay in taxes? Smart money says we should. My gift wish for Day 18 is to have more money to save and to invest.
Day 20 of the Christmas countdown. Who wouldn’t want money for Christmas? But no, today’s gift is not money. Today’s gift is financial literacy. GIVE someone a million dollars and they will surely spend it. TEACH someone how to earn a million dollars and they most likey will earn more. Let me share some simple money math: a full time job requires 2080 hours of work annually. $15 an hour would wield an annual salary of $31,200.00. The average person works for 40 years. 40 x 31,200 equals $1,248,000.00. Yep. You would earn over a million dollars making $30,000.00 a year and working to retirement. Imagine making $20, $30, $40 or $50 an hour. How much could you have for retirement? Wish I had learned this much earlier than I did. Hopefully my children can benefit from and appreciate this when they reach my age. If you do not know how to manage the money you earn find someone to teach you how.

Day 21 in the 2023 Christmas countdown. You know, the above guitar amplifier would be a GREAT gift for a beginner guitarist. Alas, being a beginner guitarist myself I would appreciate this gift for Christmas. But you know what? I received this amp from my sons as a birthday present and I’m thankful for it. Thankful is a good word. So why don’t we all give the gift of Thankfulness this Christmas Season. Starting today.
Hello all. The countdown continues. Full disclaimer: the subject matter pertaining to this gift may be somewhat unsettling. However, the purpose of today’s gift idea could be life altering for the recipient. For today’s gift I’d like as many of us as possible to donate to a pediatric charity of your choice Children deserve to have the healthiest lives they can live. Let’s do our best to provide the children and their families the best Holiday Season possible.
