New Year. Holidays are over. I purposely avoided writing about politics during the Holidays despite everything that was going on. And now I’m hearing some people are having “voters remorse”…….

Anything you wanted to know about Donald Trump (save for the Epstein files) has been public for at least 40 years. Reckless business practices with much collateral damage. The kind of business man who spends a dollar to make 75 cent. Who is surprised? As the saying goes, when someone shows you who they are……..

Heard a new definition for the word free: no fear. However you want to define “free” is your choice. Unrestricted, no boundaries, no limitations, no cost. It is a good state of mind to be in.  We should all be so lucky.

Last year I stated that I wanted to learn this song. Hope to have the words down so I can post the  video. Hope your ears are ready..

Merry Christmas everyone. Hope all is well with you and your respective families. Today I am thankful for the gift of life. As Christmas is celebrated as the day of Jesus’ birth I choose to use this day to reaffirm my spiritual connection to my family. I use it as a reminder to be my best everyday to positively impact those around me. Hopefully we all give the gift of positive energy  while realizing that our PRESENCE is for more important than our PRESENTS.

Christmas Eve. Had the gift of spending time with my extended  in-law family.  This is special as all of the men (my sons, uncle, father-in-law,  brothers-in-law) get to have our “family fellowship day”. One day left.

Man I have been eating all kinds of sweets this Holiday Season, way more than in recent years. Probably because I’ve deprived myself of my usual indulgences for far too long. Anyway, it’s time to get back to the exercise routine starting with a daily walk. A little chilly outside so I went to the local mall for the first time in years and gifted myself a 45 minute walk. Afterwards I walked right to the food court and bought Chinese food for dinner. Hey, that was better than cookies and doughnuts…………

Let me see. Line 6 HX Stomp or HX Stomp XL? Good to have choices. As it is the season of giving and I am not a selfish person, I have decided to “give” both of these toys a nice new home for Day 4 of the countdown. Happy Holidays……

If I am going to play my guitar all day with the amp turned up to 10 I probably should wear earplugs. My gift for Day 5 of the countdown is a pair Hearos. What did you say…..?
